Susanna Serafini
MOCA's refined European architectural perspective lays in the astute and talented hands of Susanna, our lead architect based out of Italy. Raised and based out of Trentino, Italy, Susanna is a highly regarded, leading architect who received her Architectural degree from the University of Venice. Susanna has designed and overseen projects for a variety of important, historically renown sites in Europe and provides invaluable input and esthetic guidance to all MOCA projects. For over two decades, Susanna's projects have spanned urban buildings as well as country homes. She has designed for both residential and commercial clients, in both the private as well as the public sector. Susanna is a founding member of GBC Italia (Green Building Council Italia) and an active member of the LEED committee (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design). She is a prime advocate of the modern movement to certify the quality of buildings for strictest eco-friendliness and energy efficiency, and keeps all of MOCA's projects in optimal environmental compliance. Her exquisite designs and environmental astuteness and knowledge, give important guidance to MOCA's operations.
